Born and raised on Long Island, NY, Joanna Petriccione is a native New Yorker that possesses many talents. She attended the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City and majored in marketing. She also studied in Europe after being selected for a prestigious internship at the Daily Mirror in London. She founded her own successful interior decorating company. Having been a certified interior design decorator, with a keen attention to detail, she possesses the knowledge, foresight and ability to bring design ideas and exquisite staging to real estate that will obtain optimal sales results.

Working with architects staging, design & decorating gives her a competitive edge that complements her marketing knowledge and winning negotiating skills. She customizes the buying and selling process to fit the individual needs of each client.

Her frequent family visits to Anna Maria Island and love for the area, was the motivating force to live in Bradenton/Sarasota. With husband as general counsel for Manatee County School District, she has unique knowledge and insight into our public schools and our community.

She prides herself on excellent customer service, comparative market analysis and never ending desire to achieve success. She enjoys yoga, travel, walks and prides herself on positive thinking.
